Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

Supervise, support, and coach field technicians and service staff
Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing team members
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Operational Excellence
- Ensure services are completed to standard, on time, and within scope
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including job completion rate, quality scores, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain operational systems, workflows, and checklists to drive consistency
Client Satisfaction & Quality Assurance
- Uphold Kitchen Guard of Charlotte’s values of quality and consistency in every client interaction
- Conduct periodic site visits and service audits to ensure compliance with NFPA 96 fire safety regulations
- Resolve service issues and ensure a responsive, customer-focused experience
Strategic Growth & Scalability
- Collaborate with ownership to plan for market expansion
- Identify areas for operational scaling, automation, and process improvement
- Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and strategic goal setting

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in trade services, facility services, or hospitality-related industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and retain a team
Track record of managing KPIs and delivering operational results and excellence
Hands-on mindset with a willingness to be involved in day-to-day activities as well as big-picture planning
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling, CRM, and reporting tools
Familiarity with safety compliance and regulatory standards (fire safety experience is a plus)
