Are you an experienced B2B sales expert who thrives on winning? We are seeking a Fire & Life Safety Consultant who is independent, self-confident, and possesses a strong sense of urgency. In this role, you will step into a highly successful franchise framework, acting as the enthusiastic, public voice of our company—getting face-to-face with decision-makers,qualifying new opportunities, and executing a defined sales playbook to close high-value safety contracts.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): 

  • Execute the System: Utilize Kitchen Guard’s proven sales framework to predictably scale your territory and drive revenue.
  • Drive Territory Growth: Actively hunt, make cold calls, and network to capitalize on our exceptional market momentum.
  • Influence & Persuade: Meet face-to-face with business owners to convey the value of fire and life safety compliance, effectively overcoming objections.
  • Negotiate & Close: Establish priorities for your territory and decisively negotiate pricing and agreements to meet end-result goals.
  • Maintain Momentum: Move forward quickly and decisively on sales opportunities while remaining disciplined in implementing our established, successful processes.
What We’re Looking For (Success Criteria): 

  • B2B Sales Expertise: You have a proven track record in business-to-business sales and know how to navigate organizational decision-makers.
  • The Ultimate Communicator: You are comfortable speaking to unknown people, facilitating discussions, and convincing others to cooperate with plans or ideas.
  • An Independent Driver: You take risks, take responsibility for your decisions, and confidently manage your own schedule within a structured system.
  • Results-Oriented: You care deeply about end-results and are motivated by hitting uncapped numbers in a high-growth environment.
